What will the weather be like?

Expect warm, tropical weather with average daytime temperatures between 28–31°C (82–88°F).
November marks the transition from the rainy season to the dry season, so occasional light showers are still possible—typically short and passing.
It’s a great season for beach weddings: sunny, breezy, and not too hot.

What should I wear?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors on a private islet, a short speedboat ride from the main resort (transport provided by the couple).
Pre-reception cocktails will be held outdoors by the beachfront, perfect for catching the sunset.
The reception will be held in a covered garden pavilion—open-air and non-airconditioned, with protection from sun and rain.
We recommend dressing for warm tropical weather and light sea breeze.

[UPDATED] Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

We’re keeping the ceremony phone-free, so we kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras during that part of the day. We’d love for everyone to be fully present in the moment. 

Feel free to take photos and videos during cocktails and the reception, but please be mindful not to block our professional photo and video team during the program. We'll be sharing the official shots with you after, so you won’t miss a thing. And yes—you're welcome to share your own photos through our wedding site/app too.

[UPDATED] Can my kids go?

While we previously shared that the ceremony and reception would be adults-only, we’ve since realized how important it is to have all our loved ones with us—including families with children.

We’ve adjusted the program and setup to welcome little ones to both the ceremony and the reception. Your presence means a lot to us, and we’d love for you—and your kids—to be part of the celebration. If your children are joining, please include them in your RSVP so we can allocate seating—and let us know if you’ll need a high chair for the dinner.

Do kindly note that the ceremony will involve a short boat ride to a private islet. The resort remains family-friendly and a wonderful place to enjoy before and after the wedding.

Will there be dancing?

Honestly, the best gift we could have is this: After the formal stuff wraps, stay and dance like no one’s watching (or like everyone is—you do you). Grab the mic if you feel it. Soak up the night. 

Mingle, laugh, and get to know the incredible people we’ve each brought into this wild thing called love. 

We hope you make memories and leave with stories—not just about us, but about each other.
